Websites (and domain names) are a great investment once they are established, receiving plenty of organic traffic, and earning money. Hold onto your investment for a minimum of 2 years and make it as popular as you can. Internet investors will pay top dollar for a proven, established, money-making website business. You will probably recoup your investment 1000x over and then some. Like I've stressed before, if you choose to buy a website on a subject you love, then the work you put into it won't seem like work at all!
